We will hand over your order on the same day, but no later than the next working day (Mon-Fri) to the shipping service provider you have selected. The delivery time is then calculated based on the shipping zones listed below (DHL: Mon-Sat | DHL Express / UPS: Mon-Fri).

In the case of new drops, the delivery time can be slightly longer due to the high order volume.

Returns

You can return your order or parts of your order within 14 days after receipt of the items.Please fill out the return form that came with your order and enclose it with your return. If you don't have it anymore, you can download it here.

Germany, Zone A and United States: 
Please use our returns portal to get your return label. The costs of the return (Germany: 4,99 €; Zone A: 11,99 €; United States: 29,99 €) will be deducted from the refund.

Zone B, Rest of Zone C and Zone D:
You have to pay for the return yourself. Please contact our support with your order number: support@esteem-clothing.com

The items have to be in good condition, that is, unused, unwashed and treated with ESTEEM (appreciation) and carefully packed. We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that are returned late or in an improper condition.

The aforementioned requirements do not represent a mandatory requirement for the effective use of the right of withdrawal.

Exchange

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Of course you can still easily exchange an item:

1. Just order the item in your desired size again so that it can be sent directly to you.
2. Follow the instructions for returns to return your item in the wrong size.
